FIREARM RAFFLE RULES
1. OBTAINING RAFFLE TICKET FROM Resilient Warrior Foundation YOU ATTEST THAT
YOU ARE A LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER AND MAY LEGALLY
POSSESS A FIREARM, HAVE INTENTION OF USING THE FIREARM IN A LEGAL AND
SAFE MANNER
2. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YRS OLD TO PARTICIPATE AND LEGAL RESIDENT OF
THE USA TO PURCHASE A TICKET OR TAKE POSSESSION OF THE FIREARM.
WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO VERIFY THAT OWNERSHIP OF THE FIREARM WON IS
LEGAL IN THEIR STATE, CITY OR TOWN, PRIOR TO TAKING POSSESSION.
3. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. THE PERSON DESIGNATED ON THE
TICKET MUST CLAIM THE PRIZE AND MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. Resilient Warrior Foundation
IS NOT IN POSSESSION OF THE FIREARM AT ANYTIME AND WINNER MUST COORDINATE WITH Rainier
Firearms Academy (THE FFL DEALER) TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER. THE FIREARM WILL BE KEPT AND
STORED AT Rainier Arms Firearms Academy (THE FFL DEALER) located at 2831 N Greenwich Rd, Wichita, KS 67226.
4. ALL FEDERAL BUREAU OF ALCOHOL TABACCO AND FIREARMS (BATF) RULES
AND LAWS WILL APPLY.
5. RAFFLE IS VOID WHERE PROHBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS
AND ORDINANCES.
6. YOU AGREE THAT Resilient Warrior Foundation LIMITS ANY AND ALL
LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF TICKET PURCHASED.
7. WINNER MUST PASS THE NICS BACKGROUND CHECK. IF WINNER DOES NOT PASS
THE BACKGROUND CHECK, WINNER WILL BE GIVEN THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE
FIREARM.
